My name is Dr. Sithembile (Stem) Mahlatini. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Life-Career Coach, Author , Trainer and CEO of Global Coach Consulting. As a Therapist EAP professional and Coach, I believe taking the first step is always the most difficult thing, in every aspect of our lives. I have over 15 years of experience working mostly with adolescents and their adult caregivers at home, in school, in therapeutic programs, in detention centers and residential programs including foster care. I also have worked extensively with individual adults addressing such issues as depression, anxiety, work and home stress, parenting issues, relationship stress, grief and loss, anger issues, divorce challenges and many more everyday challenges. My goal is to empower, encourage and inspire those who I serve to lead peaceful, joyful and stress free lives. I help individuals reduce and eliminate stress at home, work and school, help facilitate healthy communication between families and their teenagers, inspire and empower young people to make choices and set goals for their lives.
My services are provided in my office, at school and home if needed. I believe we are all on this journey called life and sometimes we all face challenges and road blocks that require us to seek assistance and support, to bring back the balance in our lives. Your needs and peace of mind are my priorities. You will receive individualized and undivided attention for you and/or your family because I believe you have to feel comfortable and trusting to share and achieve true healing.
